A psychopathic killer stalks a Boston campus, brutally slaughtering nubile young college co-eds, collecting body parts from each victim to create the likeness of his mother, whom he savagely murdered with an axe when he was ten years old.

PIECES is a wild, unrated gorefest, with enough splatter and sleaze to shock the most jaded horror fan. The film is presented in two complete versions: the original, unrated U.S. theatrical version in English (83 minutes), and the original uncensored director's cut, MIL GRITOS TIENE LA NOCHE, in Spanish with the original score by Librado Pastor (86 minutes).

Both versions have been meticulously restored with spectacular new 4K transfers, scanned from the original camera negative. Special features include a brand new audio commentary by star Jack Taylor, as well as a special 5.1 audio option, the "Vine Theater Experience." In-depth interviews with director Juan Piquer Simón and genre superstar Paul L. Smith provide unique insights into the making of this horror classic.

The comprehensive supplemental package also includes the all-new feature-length documentary "42nd STREET MEMORIES," featuring interviews with exploitation icons such as Sam Sherman, Bill Lustig, Larry Cohen, Frank Henenlotter, Buddy Giovinazzo, Jeff Lieberman, John Skipp, Lynn Lowry, Terry Levene, and many others. Extensive galleries of stills and poster art, as well as exhaustive filmographies and liner notes by legendary horror journalist Chas. Balun and Rick Sullivan, round out this definitive release.

As if that weren't enough, the set also includes a BONUS CD with the original soundtrack, newly remastered from the original studio tapes, and a beautiful embossed slipcover.
